How to Change a Scheduled

- Double click on the meeting.
- To change the time, select a different time.
- To add someone, select the Scheduling tab.
- Select Add Others.
- Select Add from Address Book.
- Type in the User’s name.
- Select Required.
- Select OK.
- Select Send Update to send your invitation.
