How to Change a Scheduled Meeting           5/18/07

  1. Double click on the meeting.
  2. To change the time, select a different time.
  3. To add someone, select the Scheduling tab.
  4. Select Add Others.
  5. Select Add from Address Book.
  6. Type in the User’s name.
  7. Select Required.
  8. Select OK.
  9. Select Send Update to send your invitation.
